Pedophile RAPIST Teacher don’t get RAPED Charges coz the Victim was a BOY!!

A 23-year-old school teacher allegedly sexually assaulted a 16-year-old teenager for two years. Olivia Huerta is facing one count of conducting an improper relationship with a student and one count of sexual assault of a child between 14 and 17 years old.

Huerta taught at the Sam Rayburn High School in Pasadena, California, while she met the boy in March 2018. She walked the victim to her parents’ home near the school. The boy told the school administrators that it was where the sexual encounter occurred. The school reported the case to the police after the boy told another student about it. That student reported it to the school administrators.

The police questioned Huerta to which she later confessed that she did, in fact, sexually assaulted the child near her parent’s house. She specifically told police that she ‘stuck it in’ real quick, according to the Houston Chronicle.

Huerta had tried to maintain contact with the victim through Snapchat. Police found messages exchanged between the two. One of the messages from the boy read: ‘I remember the day you raped me.’

The school district has fired Huerta. They released a message that said the accused had been promptly removed from the campus. It said that the woman would no longer be employed by the Pasadena ISD. The District has provided notice to the Texas Education Agency as required by law.

Huerta is currently free on a bond worth $20,000. She has been ordered not to have any contact with the alleged victim, whatsoever.

She is facing one count of conducting an improper relationship with a student. She also faces one count of sexual assault on a child between the age of 14 and 17.

Despite all that, Olivia Huerta has not entered a plea in her case yet.
